CRANSTON — With temperatures dropping to the single digits last week, a Cranston mother of two is grateful for Bishop Thomas J. Tobin’s “Keep the Heat On” campaign. Though she wished to remain anonymous, the woman said she received an oil delivery from the Diocese of Providence’s emergency heating program just before the start of 2015. More.
